Yes Woodlands FC have changed their name from next season to Hampton Hargate and in turn will move to the new township as some point during the season.

Not 100% sure, got an idea who it probably is. It's definitely one of my Crowland mates who probably now plays for Gedney Hill 'cos a lot of 'em have a kick about every Thurs eve indoors
