Can I just allay any fears that Sutton Bridge may have, about SSPIO Res not fulfilling our fixture on Saturday and I am unsure where the quote that was attributed to me of "I am never playing there ever again" came from!
Even though we were 2-0 up with 12 minutes to go; even though it was called off for bad light; even though you were down to 10 men; even though this is the second time we have been required to make a 61 mile round trip; even though the first time we had to do it midweek . . .
. . . we'll be there.
Could this be another PDFL fundraiser? *brk* !!
Both teams have little to play for now, so what a pointless exercise.
