Hi all,

on October 11th i will be running the 1/2 Marathon, im running it in memory of a good friend of mine Darren Wilburn who lost his battle with cancer at a young age a few years ago.
All proceeds go to Sue Ryder - who i am sure have helped out with many of us in one way or another.

I have a target of £500 and am about 40% of the way in my quest.

I would be very grateful if you could help me out and donate as little or as much as you can.

Just forked out 70 quid on a new referees kit, so can't sponsor you this week. But I/PST will do it next week

Hi guys, many have offered to sponsor me and my thread closes now on 4th November so i need to get the cash in asap.

As you can see im very close to £500 and once i reach that, my employers will double it.
So could you get in touch about handing over the pledges or... if you dont mind add it via thr link above that way we get to add A Tax Bonus which adds up to a lot!
