The Monday night league is turning out to becoming the closest for years. Nine teams still remain in contention for the title. A.C. Boro overcame a weakened Red Tape who must wonder if they have peaked to soon. Season regulars Moes Tavern lie in 2nd and could have gone top if it was not for a defeat to 9th place Top Boy Utd. Top Boy also overcame AC Boro 2.1 to notch a great nights double they then came down to earth with a 3.0 loss to 10th place Bullocks.
Thursday night leaders are Disorderly Boys , who are hotly pursued by current holders Trojans, the qualifying league is soon to finish and 2nd stage matches where the teams split into Premier and 1st divisions will take over.
Teams are being taken on all nights for the League Cup competitions which will be based as a league followed by a knockout stage, contact Robert Windle for details 07970228790
