Just wondering if this week Uppingham will take points off yet another top of the table side,as they have done to Whittlesey and Fletton already this season????????????????????

If Uppingham play to their stregths their best bet is to have the young winger with cplenty of ability target Hamptons weak points LEFT BACK.
if they do this well they will outscore hampton who seem to win most their games by leaking at the back but scoring more them selves.
a bit like Real Madrid some may say only far less class!!!!

Pick of the games for me would be Fletton v Perkins for obvious reasons - they all seem to know each other so well etc
    and
Alconbury v Oundle as both teams seem to have improved lately with Oundle making lots of changes with manager etc..

5-3 to Perkins after extra time which was my second correct score prediction after 6-6. Interesting game between 2 pretty average looking sides to be harsh but honest, but in the cup winning is all that matters so Al & Gino will no doubt be chuffed to be in the next round.

Regan changed the game by being substituted (copyright - CJ), and the Fletton sub Glen Youngun (BillyB) made a difference to Fletton in so much as they had someone on the pitch who could run quicker than the watching Ian Lambert. Their legs gave way collectively in extra time, but Perkins made bloody hard work of winning the game.

Classic Moment - Danny Clifton who scored an absolute beauty of a goal to put Perkins 4-3 up in the first half of extra time, sinking to his kness and punching the air with delight when Paul Gale blew his whistle at the end of the first half of extra time without realising that their was another 15 minutes of extra time to be played.

PDFL site has Parson Drove 0 Moulton 0 - who won that game? Hampton bandwagon rolls on in the league with a crushing win at Uppingham and Oundle picked up another useful point

Sad but True - Wils advising that he was not coming down the Shoes to watch the Man U game as he had paid to watch it at home????????

Moulton won on penalties. The most one sided game ever with Drove putting 10 men behind the ball all game but to be fair Moulton didn't create too many chances. In the second half of extra time every time Moulton played the ball forward the lino put his flag up.Jamie dunham saved a penalty in extra time to take it to penalties which Moulton finally won and deserved to.

Parson drove the worst team we've played this year but probably the hardest battlers we've played but we expected a tough game with it being a local derby and a cup game and in the end happy to be in the draw for the next round.

Sorry if I disappointed you and not sure why I’m explaining my actions either. you weren't even meant to be in the country and compo wasn't coming out to play so I asked Bev to book the football before I left.

Agreed with your opinion of the game but have to say that watching the Posh boy's from Netherton playing ring a ring of roses during their warm up on next pitch ran Danny to a close second for the funniest moment. Hairys attempt at an overhead coming third.
