mines never at full strength Harbs!.....but i should be able to get 11 out!. Defeat for either side will almost certainly rule that team out of contention for promotion!

Ketton 2 v 2 Warboys . . . Warboys seem to be a lot stronger at this stage, compared to earlier in the season. Don't travel well though.

Netherton 1 v 2 Eye . . . Eye are the strongest team in this division, in my opinion.

Powerleague 2 v 2 Kings Cliffe . . . Not sure it's possible for KC to play as a badly as they did in the home leg.

Stilton 1 v 2 Peterborough Sports . . . Couple of signings for PSL seem to have strengthened them of late.

Werrington 4 v 3 Thorney . . . Both teams are a mixed-bag, depending on who they have in their starting 11 on the day.

Ketton 3 v 1 Warboys - Most of their players only want to play home matches.

Netherton 1 v 2 Eye - Eye to nick it, think their forward line will be too strong for the Home defence

Powerleague 1 v 3 Kings Cliffe - Jimmy's men to win this, scoring plenty of goals

Stilton 3 v 1 Peterborough Sports - Me boy Baines to grab all three. Think people will underestimate Stilton in this.

Werrington 1 v 2 Thorney - Depends on what squad Thorney have out

    Ketton 2 v 0 Warboys

Netherton 1 v 1 Eye - Possible top 2, to close to call

Powerleague 2 v 2 Kings Cliffe - Too close to call again, v important game and Jimmys not there so they might at least get a draw Mills scoring regularly as well

Stilton 2 v 1 Peterborough Sports - Agree with Bez

Werrington 1 v 1 Thorney - Another draw cuz im boring like that

well we got the result we needed...could have done with eye n netherton drawing, but as i have said previously i feel that the team that won that game would be crowned champions of div 1 this season. We have eye i think 3rd game from end of season so could that be a potential title decider for them? Or will they have it wrapped up by then....we are in a strong position now to challenge the teams above us, lets hope we keep on the right track...

Great result buddy so close after you played them before. Think your result will push your team forward. I still feel a few twists and turns are to follow and many points still to play for.

If the league has anything about them and the rumors’ are true about Wimblington, 2 teams from the prem should still come down and if one is not wimblington, 3 teams from Div 1 should go up. The minute the league know they should have a meeting and make it public so teams fight till the very end.

    Its only my thoughts ??????

Well done Jimmy, the result now puts you right in the frame for promotion. Did you deserve to win, probably not, did you deserve to lose, no! 2 peices of instinctive finishing won the game, in fact all 3 goals were good goals. My neck has just about recovered from watching all of the long balls and throws i saw on Saturday! i could have swore that i turned round once to look at your bench and saw Tony Pullis lol! You have a strong squad who play to their strengths very well and i wish you all the luck for the season. Have you thought about entering the English Head Tennis championships? you'd stand a good chance!!

Well it was one of those days then fellas because our game against Netherton was no oil painting!
The ball spent a lot more time in the air than on the floor!
And the game was quite a physical affair!

Netherton had as much of the ball as we did but they just didn't seem to have enough options up top, which as Bezza said earlier in the thread would be the difference and he was right.

Mind you Netherton have a few players i had not seen before and have to say were a bloody handful, so i am not surprised they are battling for honors this season! Good game lads But biased or not i felt the 3 points were well deserved in the end.

Still keeps the league very interesting.

shame Jimmy missed the match, he was wetting his pants all day about the scorelines... but unfortunately Jimmy was too busy trying to look cool jumping off a dancefloor in a Newcastle nightclub, not realising that they had just cleaned the floor he slipped landing on the wet patch and went flying on his ass, though i told him i wouldn't tell anybody so please don't mention it.
