Due to matters beyond the control of the PFA the scheduled date of Monday 3rd May 2010 for the two finals has now had to be rearranged.
The rescheduled date for the PFA Senior Cup and PFA Junior Alliance Cup is Wednesday 21st April 2010. The PFA Junior Alliance Cup will kick off at 5pm and the PFA Senior Cup at 8pm.
Entry fees are £3 adults & £2 children and OAP's.
We look forward to seeing many of you there.
Thanks for telling me when your Finals are; but; where is this one?
If at London Road, why not explain that PUFC have decided, on Wednesday, to relay the pitch immediately after the last home match, versus Blackpool, on Sat April 24th.
Nik, what the hell has happened to the Embankment sand pit I mean pitch?
I can understand why they have done Bushfield so slapdash, because it's being pulled-down . . . but at The Embankment, why not invest a little extra in the short term in getting a 3G surface, so that it won't need repairing as often and will also be safer?
ALSO, the goal area markings have been done in red instead of white!
I think you have missed out on many a discussion about this Raph.
Those red lines have been added in mate they were not there before its because they did the white areas the wrong size...
I will however allow Nik to fill you in with the costings... he will enjoy that.
I saw the previous discussions, but haven't been playing 7-a-side for a while and only experiences the rubbish surface for the first time yesterday.
Also, to add to my previous post, the lighting is absolutely rubbish as well. It used to be so much better down there, shocking.
This is still scheduled at London Road;

Raph, The Council are, for once, being pro active. Bearing in mind the Global warming threat, and the "fact" that Peterborough, will, in 50 years, be "Peterborough-by-the-Sea", our revered (or should it be "reviled") Council have correctly laid out the beach. More sand must follow, but, as the lights are perfect for looking out to sea, in the distant future, PCC will certainly not bother changing the angles for 7 a side sandpit football . Safety? Since when have the PCC been ever interested , or exercised any Duty of Care, for Football users, be it 5, 7, or 11 a side.? 3G at the Embankment? The major Sport of Hockey, cannot use 3G.
Have a nice year!!
