PDFL open on saturdays to sign on players???

does anyone no can you hand in a signing on form for a player on a saturday morning so they can play in the afternoon?

Deadline for completion of registration for the PDFL is noon on the day of kick-off, or the Weds before if it's a Northants Cup match. Bear in mind, the PDFL will need to contact the player's former club to see if they are clear on their books of any debt or internal disciplinary procedures. If they can't confirm with the Secretary or a Club Official, then the registration won't be completed.

This is all ten minutes too late anyhow!
