Only Whittlesey team in a Final!!
Dont care what people say about sun afternoon footy but we won today 4-1 against Hampton in our semi final!!!!,and we are the only adult team from Whittlesey in a final!!!!!!!!!!

depends on what tou call a whittlesey side, a side with local lads playing i.e fitzjohn and ingle who made the mcains cup final yesyerday morning or a side with whittlesey in its name. must be a highlight for you in your career
Well well see the envy is never ending here, Blue im to now think that just because a team based in another region but with majority of players from different one is to be recognised as a team were players are from(in this case Fitzjohn and Ingle from Peterborough and majority players from Whittlesey), if this is the case then surley English football is a dire state( no wonder u cant even beat the Isreal team)and just for record 95% of our team live in Whittlesey!!!
Nope you dopey Jock - try as I might I can't figure out how you make make a whole player out of 95% of a team of 11, 12 13 or 14 - so tell me are you that part player, cos that would explain it

poor mr harley, ok we a peterborough team as we have three players from peterborough. with the rest signed on from whittlesey so i can see your point and as for 95% of your squad coming from wsey when one player alone makes 50% in size of the squad i see were u are coming from. nice to link sunday afternoon footy with internationals and the prem, saves talking about the mickey mouse league in scotland with celtic and the also rans. one team league

Mr Egg wasnt sure about a team from Coates due to the common debate that Whittlesey and Cotes are 2 different towns villages etc So not to sure where that stands being as aint from this neck of the woods will wait for your reply as to where you Cotes boys stand on this!! As for ursel Mr blue see that big thick head is working wonders again mmm lets see a 1 team league correct me if im wrong is there not 12 teams in the Scottish Prem which would make it a 12 team league

Shaun - sorry had so many tears in my eyes re the 95% comment that the Hammers dig didn't register - guess its easy for you though sunshine, you only had two teams to choose from when you were growing up, and then true to form you picked the wrong one!
Unlike your good self I only have, and will ever, support one "professional" team, and as I have done so for over 40 years I dont think there is anything that you could say re the Hammers that hasn't been said to me by better pee takers than your good self!
Unfortunately Shaun my 2nd team - Bluestar - are no longer playing football, so you see its the Hammers or nothing for me mate - My guess though, with all the rumours around Chelski at the moment, is that it will soon be time for you to pick a new "foreign" team to follow during those times, whenever Rangers aren't top -so in that case I guess that its most seasons recently eh mate !
Finally is there any truth in the rumour that Kell sent you to see the doctor the other day to ask for a new brain - however you thought she said train so asked him for a steam one that ran on coal -
i give up as mr harley is to testing, or thick to understand leave him with his sunday afternoon glory when is the final shaun as would love to come and cheer you on.

Gonna love to see my sister (and your mother-in -laws) face when I tell her you have said age isnt on her side - hope you can duck quicker than you can run mate, although in your case that shouldn't be too hard !

our final is in three weeks time on the 15th april down at chesnut, would be nice to get a few watching.
