Hi guys.

Just a quick reminder that the Peterborough Old Firm Cup - in association with PST-UK and Kick It Out - takes place tomorrow at Werrington, 1pm kick-off.

All those who attend the match as a player or fan, can get involved with the free BBQ at The Sports Lounge afterwards.

Please come down and show your support, lord knows the Celtic need all the help that we can get after winning the first cup and losing the past three!

All in all, it's always a cracking match and helps to kick bigotry out of football.

Celtic won 3-2, having took the Rangers lads apart in the 1st half we went in 3-0 up and should have been more with their lino, well less said about him the better, clearly flagging for offside when our lads were a good couple of yards on and then going on to score (Micky Burch came down to watch and told us of 1 he saw that was shocking lol)...
After HT the Huns came back well and made it 3-2 with 25 mins left, from then on it was all out attack from them and us hitting them on the counter, finished 3-2 and Harleys lads trudged off gutted.....
Great game and well played everyone, I was really impressed with our lads, with just 1 sub and few less fit lads in our line up we played really well and overall just wanted it more!

It's 2-2 overall, making next years a massive 'best of 5'?

Sean dont you mean Rangers fans lost to a mixture of football fans seeing as only you, Raph, Ginge, Stu, Ian Graham, Macca and duffy were the only Celtic fans that played....... As for the Micky call he said different on the sideline at the time saying it was offside... so we will except that he was playing devils advocate... Already looking forward to next years game which hopefully this time Celtic will be able to field a side that actually has 11 Celtic fans on the pitch!!!

Bull**** jock i said sometimes duffy was ott and the lino was right but the goal was 3 yards onside and the desicion made by ! Of you supportes who lost the idea of the game! If you wanna state facts the rangers fans were slightly shambolic on the sideline singing songs and losing the concept of the game! But hey its your cup!

thats 7 names mate, you missed Nick Bevelaque (unsure of how to spell his surname) he's defo Celtic after speaing with him Saturday and so is James White as he's been swiss with me several times to watch and cheer on his team - Celtic, so that's now 9 from our 12 players we had... the other 3 I couldn't honestly say because I've never met them before, Raph and Macca might know more than me, but there's 9 from our 12 that I know are Celtic lads, we had the Heron brothers let us down AGAIN (wont ask them again thats for sure) and a couple of others but no compliants before kick off from anyone that I noted, you boys thought you'd walk it again?

Well said Micky, the Rangers lot on the sidelines were proper idiots and cant seem to fathom the idea behind the cup, that's every year so far that elements of the Rangers fans just can't seem to behave with respect and in a manner fitting with this cup, win-lose or draw they're looking to start something... And Shaun, your lino cheated, we all saw it and it was really blatant, no big deal though as it all turned out sweet for us lot lol.

Guys not a subject i really want to get into, regarding the fans as the songs i was told were being sung i did not hear.. i did how ever hear a few songs being sung which had no sectarian or bigoted words, however i did have a word with the lads after the game as i took your word for it.. However to suggest it has been ever year Sean is outrageous and in fairness with that comment i have now lost a great deal of respect for you. The 1st year it happened myself and duffy told the 1 single perpitraitor who was aiming names at one of my own players to clear off. However the last 2 years have went with no incidents what so ever and have been massively successful and have gone on to prove that what myself and macca were trying to do is achievable. So to come on and make out that all the Rangers fans that have attended the game are idiots well and that elements have tried to start trouble win lose or draw is pure disrespectful and in turn shows that you are a bit of a prat!! .... As for Nick and Jimmy i have known both for years and lets just say that's the first i have ever heard of either being a Celtic fan!!!!!

Me personally i think all involved should be commended for being able to attend an event that has so much bad publicity attached to it around the world, for the last 4 years and their not being any trouble what so ever. No fights, no threats just some friendly banter and everyone able to go down to the pub after the game together and have a good drink and a laugh and joke..

I think everyone needs to chill out a bit! The match wasn't really bad natured at all and the Rangers fans were a little naughty, but soon stopped the sectarian songs when they realised the content of what they were singing.

As for Reece, he has Irish grandparents and assured us he was a Celtic fan. Leon Gellizeau came in his own Celtic shirt, which is surely proof enough?

Nik Bevilacqua has been busting our balls for three years to play, but Macca always thought we had a full squad ... which never seems to be the case!

Let's not split hairs anyway, it doesn't matter where someone comes from or the colour of their skin, if they are a fan of the club and give their all (which all of our players did), then they are a fan in my eyes. After all, two of your best players are Welsh and Brit-Asian ... but I just see their blue shirt. Shaun and I can still be friends and even went to the FA Cup Final together.

As far as I am concerned, the lads who didn't show for us these past three years, can't call themselves a true fan of football - let alone Celtic - for letting us down so badly.

Looking forward to next year, well done everyone was a cracking end-to-end match.

Lads its good to have the banter but lets not turn it into something it aint! the Rangers fans are great i love them there. They started signing a few song no big deal 1 or 2 may have been bit unjust but when i went lino i said look lads sing something else & they did after calling me certain names 1st lol. So no big deal, as for the disallowed goal we knew it wasent but dont matter whats a old firm game without contraversy?
I had a great day & even after in the Sports Lounge. there no hatred & theres no ill feeling from anyone & 4 years without incident proves that. As for the lads playing its difficult when people who are true Celtic fans say they'll play then dont show up or last minute let you down, but i cant help that. I will get my team organised earlier & get money off them week before then they might show lol.

After all that i want no more said on this except how good a day it was & how the event has bee great for everyone. I can honestly say Shaun & the Huns fans are top blokes & id stand by them any day so remember Bhoys keep BIGOTRY OUT...!!!

Well put lads, Shaun you need to chill mate, you texting me with your skids in a twist lol... Last 4 years both teams have been spot on as have most of the fans, but every year certain elements have had to be told to wise up, thankfully the majority have ensured they did just that... As I said though, turned out good so no complaints. Neutral linos a good idea if we could get some.
And Shaun you fat arse, stop calling people names, it's rude mate :0)
