cup rules please!

Does anyone no what the requirements are for the sunday morning league cup are??
Do players need to play a certain amount of league games 1st before they are allowed to play??? i ask as at REC Whittlesey we have had to pretty much start from scratch in recent weeks and some players have only played 1 league game and others yet to play as we have been doing transfers etc.
Anyone able to help??

as long as player is signed by 12 on the friday he can play in pfa cup also home team pays all costs.

A really good game today guys, unlucky but them are the breaks, another day and it would be a different story, it was nice of the Coates lads to come and show their support though
