Just a quick one about the PSMFL ...

This year I have started a new team in the league and everyone involved with the running of the PSMFL, have been nothing other than fantastic.

I know that people can be quick to criticise, as it's human nature, but I thought I would throw some praise their way as I have been surprised at just how helpful they have all been!

If you ever need confirmation about fixtures, help with administration, details on pitches/fines/player registrations, all you need to do is send an email and someone comes back to you really quickly.

These committees are voluntary and without them, we would not have a local game. From Swanny sorting out the referees, to Keith on fixtures, Mandy with pitches, Princey on the registration/results side and Fred overseeing it all, they are a fantastic team that is really working.

On top of that, we have competitive divisions and a healthy league overall.

Just wanted to say a big thank you.

I must admit, i missed the last 3/4 of last season refereeing Sunday mornings due to a dodgy ankle, but the standard this season has been pretty decent, imo, and the divisions seem competitive.
