what are your views on the john terry - anton ferdinand debate? i remember me posting on here at the start of the season after playing st neots res and mentioning they had 2 decent 'black' lads playing for them, i got asked in a roundabout way that it could be looked on as racism (pmsl). so back to terry/ferdi, my view is calling someone ' a f***ing black c**t is not racism, its not a nice comment at all and deserves a red card if heard on the pitch, but its no different to calling me ' a f***king white c**t' or 'a 'f***king boldheaded c**t', or ' a f***king strawberry blonde c**t' or ' a f***king big nose c**t' and so on. ok so you might get a jab on the snozzle for saying it, but is the word 'black' racist? just remember that half of terrys chelsea team are black. just to remind others on me, my best mate is 'black' and so is my stepdad. hey and while im on it, what about 'blatter'? i agree with his comments about girls should wear tighter shorts, in fact hotpants please. a reply from andy gray would be good.

it can be ridiculous at times, that as soon as the word "black" is mentioned, people are instantly branded as a racist. yet if a black person refers to a white person as "white" there is no reaction at all. don't get me wrong, I don't condone racism at all, but I do think that sometimes things are blown out of proportion.
