does anyone no what the required time i need to give to cancel a fixture???

we REC Whittlesey have had a fixture put in this coming sunday when it was originally free and have not got a side to fulfill the game or anyone to run the side...
I have emailed the fixture secretary but have had no reply as such.

Also can anyone confirm if you get fined for only having 10 players turn up??? We only had 10players yesterday and therefore had no lino and i have been informed the club will be fined form this by someone.. If this is to be true i will be gobsmacked!

Its £10 each player missing £5 for no lino cancelling a game is £30 and lose 3 points you need to cancel 28days in advance to get away scott free sure sum1 else will tell you these rules too

Shaun, give me a bell when you read this mate - I have some real concerns if you and Mabs have taken on the running of the club and yet you havent been made aware the rules re postponements etc - it could end up as a very messy and costly season for you unless you get wise quickly !!!!!!
